Michael Carucci of Group Boston Real Estate Brokers, $3.2m Sale of 48-50 Temple Place
Boston, MA: November 28, 2011: Group Boston Real Estate (GBRE), Boston’s premier real estate agency for luxury properties, residential, commercial sales including investment properties, today announced that Michael Carucci and Charles Hinds of Group Boston Real Estate brokered the sale of 48-50 Temple Place, for $3.2 million.
The 8,580 square foot, mixed-use building is located in the heart of Boston’s Downtown Crossing and is home to the Stoddard’s Restaurant, office space, and three luxury residential apartments. Mr. Carucci and Mr. Hinds represented the buyer, Yanamtemple LLC, in the transaction.
